What to bring
An honest CV. Real numbers beat polished language. If you've had a bad month or a soft year, write it down — we'd rather know up front than find out on the floor.
A target. Base salary, OTE, the comp structure you'd actually take. We work backwards from there.
What happens next
- We read your application the same business day, Sunday through Thursday.
- If there's a match on our books we'll send a short message proposing a 20-minute call.
- If there isn't a match today, we keep your file warm and reach out when one opens.
- We never share your CV with a company without your explicit go-ahead, by name.
The profile we usually place
- One year of experience minimum.
- English at a high level.
- A drive to make money.
- Worked in the same place for at least three months.
