What Salersons is
Salersons Ltd. is a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration no. HE 423456), with its office at Spyrou Kyprianou 25, Limassol 4001. We introduce sales professionals to companies hiring sales roles and we operate as an introduction agent: we do not employ candidates and we are not a party to any employment contract you sign with a hiring company.
Where the role we are introducing you to is located inside Cyprus, we operate in line with the Private Employment Offices Law 126(I)/2012, which governs Cyprus-based placement agencies.
Using this site
You can read anything published here freely. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission. The forms on this site are for genuine inquiries — submissions that are clearly automated, fraudulent, or harassing will be ignored and may be reported.
Candidate terms
- We do not charge candidates anything, at any stage. Hiring companies pay us. This is required by Cyprus law for licensed employment offices and we wouldn't do it any other way.
- By submitting an application you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
- You can withdraw from any process at any time, with no penalty.
- Any offer you receive is between you and the hiring company. We can advise, but we cannot guarantee terms, salary, or continued employment.
Company terms
Companies engaging Salersons to source candidates do so under a separate written agreement signed before any introductions are made. The standard agreement covers fee structure, replacement guarantee, exclusivity (or lack thereof), and confidentiality. Nothing on this public site varies those terms.
Data protection
Salersons processes personal data as a controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Cyprus Law providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, L. 125(I)/2018. The supervisory authority is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
What we don't promise
We work hard and we work honestly, but we do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, that an offer will match your expectations, or that any role we describe will remain open. Compensation ranges discussed during the process reflect what a hiring desk has indicated at that moment; they can and do change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Cypriot law, Salersons is not liable for losses you incur as a result of an employment relationship entered into with a third-party hiring company introduced to you through our service. Our maximum liability to any candidate is capped at zero, since no fee is paid by you. Our liability to any hiring company is governed by the written agreement signed with that company. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that, by Cypriot law, cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Limassol.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes to candidate terms will be communicated by email to any candidate with an open file at the time.
