How it works

We evaluate. You earn.

Four steps, in order. No prep calls, no scripts, no coaching. The work you've already done is the work that gets you placed.

We listen.

One conversation, twenty to thirty minutes, by phone or in person if you're in Limassol. You walk us through your last two desks: what you closed, how it was structured, why you left or want to leave. We don't take notes for show — we take them to match you properly later.

We evaluate.

Inside our office, your file is read against every open desk we know about — in Israel and abroad. We weigh language, conversion history, retention curve, hours you'll work, compliance restrictions, and what each hiring desk is paying right now. The outcome is not "a list of jobs." It's one or two real options where you'd be the strongest candidate in the room.

We match.

We introduce you directly to the hiring manager — by name, with context. No CV blast. No mass submission. You're walking into a room where your file has already been read. The first interview is yours to lose, not to earn.

You close.

From here we step back. We don't rehearse you, we don't sit in on calls. If an offer comes, we help you read it line by line — base, OTE, ramp, claw-back, relocation — and tell you honestly whether it's strong, average, or worth pushing back on. The decision is yours. The signing is yours.

What we don't do

After the offer

For relocations we walk you through visa support each desk offers, what cost-of-living adjustment they're making, and what we've seen others negotiate. If you sign, we stay reachable for the first ninety days — that's when most problems surface and that's when honest help matters.
